Services

We help organisations strengthen the human capabilities that matter most in uncertain conditions: how people think, communicate, connect, decide and respond. We do this because we believe that when the landscape changes, human capability is not only the thing to protect: it is the thing to strengthen.

Communication has never been easier, and being understood has never been more important. There is no returning to the comfort of a stable market. For leaders and organisations, changing conditions are now part of the operating environment. The organisations that thrive will not necessarily be those with the most resources or the most sophisticated technology. They will be those with the resolve to make difficult decisions, the resilience to adapt when circumstances change and the human capability to bring people along with them. This requires more than a strategy. It requires people who can stay curious under pressure, challenge their own assumptions, recover quickly from setbacks and continue to make good decisions when certainty is unavailable. Our services focus on up-skilling people, asking:-

  • How good are your people at challenging what they think they know?

  • How willing are they to look again?

  • And what might become possible if they did?

We believe everything can be communicated
A change initiative. A new idea. Complex subject matter. New ways of developing performance. A renewed approach to HR and people. Whatever needs to move, change or take root, we can help make it clearer, more meaningful and stick.

Resolve & Resilience

What you see is not all there is...
Cognitive bias colours the way we perceive our reality. The phrase “what you see is all there is” is a term popularised by psychologist Daniel Kahneman in his book Thinking Fast & Slow, which describes the phenomenon that all the information we have, is all the information we think there is, creating an illusion that we are aware of everything that matters. This becomes a problem because we then fail to look for alternatives. We may be highly evolved, and our business may perform many tasks with great efficiency, but often a new set of eyes can be invaluable in accurately identifying areas of immediate improvement or the rapid action needed to re-stabilise a business or an initiative.

How good are your teams at pushing against cognitive bias and seeing what is really there?
